I came across this quote later in life, about three years ago, but when I embraced it, I made it the mantra of my life....and it did not stop there.

Once I realized the liberating power that I control the equation, there was no stopping me from sharing this revelation. It started as a casual mention in passing, 'Have you seen this quote? What do you think about this quote?' to full-fledge discussions in my office with mustard seeds as the visual.
All you need is faith the size of a mustard seed.
And that is what I have essentially done. I have taken all of life's wins and lessons learned, and I put my mustard seed size faith in the vision....and I bet on me.
The mission is to build a village of collaborators who will be the answers to the problems our communities face, create opportunities and possibilities, and, moreover, leave the spaces we occupy better than we found them.
